Can't believe it took me 6 hours over 2 days to Konmari button carding supplies, which are mostly used for my business. Here's before, after, sell, donate. There was a big bag of trash too. Still to go are tagging (business), painting supplies, felting, scrimshaw and miscellaneous, then I'll be done with the "crafts" category. Another thing I don't need to buy one single thing for, for the rest of my life probably.
Yes, I just had to squeeze one more Konmari into 2014! Rubber stamps DONE in two hours. Here's before, after, sell, and stored neatly in draw. I also did the stamp pads and kept half. The stamps used to take up 1 1/2 draws and the stamp pads were in the craft closet. Promise not to post about this for the rest of the year!
Sewing Mountain is DONE! 6 Hrs total. Before, after, sell & donate. Some of this pile went into the collectibles upstairs, like the antique feedsacks. That will be another huge category when I get to collectibles. Am feeling overwhelmed by my possessions, but taking one step at a time and trying not to think ahead too far.
Here's fabric - Before, after, a box of new fat quarters a friend might like, and donations. That roll of burlap went too - it makes me itch and there's no joy in that! In doing this sort, I learned I only want to work with vintage/antique fabric for the small projects I do. Will the Sewing Category ever end? You're probably hoping it will end soon too ~ lol ~. 4 1/2 hours into this already and about 3/4 done.

Fortified by leftover pizza after team's run and Birch's hike, it was on to Konmari'ing "sewing" category which I'm breaking down into smaller groups cause there's so much crap! It took 2.5 hours to gather it from all corners of my universe and pile it in the living room. Started with these 2 sewing baskets - before, after, and donation pile.
4.75 hours total to do Writing/Office Supplies/Business Supplies which I decided to combine. No before on the Junk Draw because I was just going to pull the pens and markers out. All these types of supplies were in 9 locations! Whew, I'm so glad this is done! Everything's in the 2 file draws now and the shipping boxes are downstairs!
